Question: can I make an appointment when the shop is closed?
Answer: yes! If it is totally impossible for you to visit us during opening hours I will gladly open the shop just for you!
 
Question: shall I bring anything with me if I plan to try some gowns on?
Answer: just yourself! I have everything here to make your time at the south Manchester bridal company comfortable and enjoyable. Maybe you would like to bring a friend along, someone who’s opinion you trust and has a similar taste to yours.
 
Question: do you have gowns in stock or do you order them?
Answer: we would order your gown according to your measurements. This usually takes about 12 weeks. However, in exceptional circumstances we can arrange express orders. We also have a selection of gowns in stock should we have your size here.
 
Question: how do I pay for my wedding dress?
Answer: a deposit of 50% is required when we order your gown (as with all reputable bridal wear stores this is non refundable) and the balance will be due on or before collection.
 
Question: do you do alterations?
Answer: even with a dress ordered to your measurements, some minor alterations are usually needed, We now do all our alterations in house this means we can keep our prices competitive and achieve the best fit for your wedding gown. Small changes to some of our designs can also be undertaken in house.
